About Us

Joshua C. Smith graduated from the University of Oklahoma with the highest honors in 2008. Following his graduation, he was handpicked as one of the nation’s most promising future leaders and extended an invitation to attend the Institute of Political Studies at Georgetown University on a full scholarship.

Subsequent to his completion of studies at Georgetown, he pursued his legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Throughout his law school tenure, he excelled as one of the foremost moot court debaters nationally, securing top honors in moot court competitions at esteemed institutions such as the University of Chicago School of Law and The University of Minnesota School of Law. Additionally, he garnered recognition as a nationally acclaimed legal writer, holding the position of Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review of Law and Technology. During his time in Law School, Joshua C. Smith gained valuable experience working at one of Oklahoma City’s preeminent Personal Injury firms, where he contributed to multi-million-dollar civil litigation cases. Seeking to broaden his legal experience, he pursued opportunities in Criminal Law. First, he worked at the District Attorney’s office. Secondly, he volunteered hundreds of hours at the Public Defender’s office, providing representation to indigent individuals in criminal cases.

Since completing law school, Joshua C. Smith has represented over 1000 clients in Oklahoma. He has established himself as a diligent and zealous advocate for those facing criminal charges, divorce proceedings, corporate disputes, and injury litigation. His exceptional legal proficiency has garnered numerous national and state awards, positioning him as one of the most highly esteemed and decorated attorneys nationwide. Joshua C.
